Sandwich meat options include:

Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Brisket, Burnt Ends, Turkey, and Sausage.

Side options include:

Baked Beans, Green Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Collard Greens, Dirty Rice, and Black-Eyed Corn.

All catering packages will come with at least one sandwich bun and one cornbread per person, as well as complimentary pickles and a variety of Sweet, Hot, and NC Vinegar BBQ sauces.

We provide serving utensils with each order.

Each item will come in its own aluminum pan, best served buffet style.  Chafing sets are not included but are available for $10 each.
